Pears !

We have PEARS !

The other day, Philipp and I ate our first pear from the garden. Obviously, I cannot take credit for our two pear trees, which have been here for years, but I'm very excited to be able to eat something from our garden!

We also have two little peppers growing, and several tiny ones that will soon start growing, too, I hope. We can't get over how quickly the two bigger ones are growing! It's incredible! One day, they were as big as the end of my little finger ... the next day, they were as big as the end of my thumb! An impressive change, in just one day! I'm waiting for them to turn red (I don't care for green ones) and you can count on seeing a picture before we eat them!
